In Wrk you have control over what image (if any) shows when you share your job board or individual job posts on social media. This allows you to keep your job posts on brand as links get shared around.

Setting the social media image for your job board

By default, you job board will have a standard, un-branded image that has the text: "We are hiring!" on it. However, you can replace this image with one more related to your company. To do this, visit the Job board section within Account settings. Within the Branding section, there is a dropdown with the label: Job board social media image.

Changing the drop down from Default to Custom will reveal controls that allow you to upload your own image. The image you upload should be an 1.9:1 ratio image with dimensions of 1200 x 630. PNG and JPG file types are acceptable. This ensures that it displays correctly across all social media sites.

The image you upload here will be used for when you share your job board and will become the default share image for individual jobs.

Setting the social media image for individual jobs

By default individual job posts inherit the social media image set for your job board. However, you can set alternative images to be used to specific job posts. To do this, visit the Job details tab within a jobs Job setup screen.

Within the Additional options section, there is a dropdown with the label: Job post social media image.

Changing the drop down from Default to Custom will reveal controls that allow you to upload your own image. The image you upload should be an 1.9:1 ratio image with dimensions of 1200 x 630.
