A job created in Wrk has six default hiring stages: Inbox, Screen, Interview, Decide, Offer, and Archived. These are intended to outline a basic, linear hiring flow that your candidates will advance through.
However, you can edit your hiring stages to support any workflow. To do so, visit the Hiring stages tab within Job setup.
Renaming an existing hiring stage
You can rename any existing hiring stages for a job by clicking the three-dot overflow menu for a hiring stage, then clicking "Edit stage" from the dropdown.
This will display a form where you can rename the stage. Click "Update stage" to save your changes.
Changing the order of the hiring stages
You can change the order of your hiring stages by dragging and dropping a hiring stage within the list. Inbox must always be the first stage and Archived must always be the last, but additional hiring stages between those can be any order.
As you change the order of your hiring stages, the right sidebar will update in real time.
Deleting a hiring stage
You can delete a hiring stage by clicking the three-dot overflow menu for a hiring stage, then clicking "Delete stage" from the dropdown.
A job post cannot be deleted if it currently has candidate in it. You will have to move all candidates from a stage before deleting it. Additionally, you cannot delete the Inbox or Archived hiring stages from a job.
Creating an additional hiring stage
You can create a new hiring stage within a job by clicking the "Add additional stage" button located at the bottom of the list of existing hiring stages. This will display a form to specify the name of the hiring stage. After providing a name, click the "Add stage" button to include it in the list of hiring stages for the job.
The new hiring stage will be added at the bottom of the list, just before the Archived stage. You can drag and drop the new stage within the list if desired.
